Strategic Planning & Special Projects

Region V's Strategic Planning and Special Projects department is responsible for the development, implementation, and evaluation of Region V Systems’ strategic plan. The department is also responsible for the management of various special projects.

The strategic planning process includes three major components: conducting an assessment of the current operating environment of the organization; creating a shared vision for the future; and establishing the goals and objectives that best utilize Region V Systems’ strengths to sustain and improve performance, ensure quality services, and guarantee financial viability.
