Region V completed and submitted the annual Regional Plan of Expenditures for FY 11-12 on Friday, April 15. The Regional Budget Plan has been developed following ongoing discussions and input from a variety of stakeholders in a variety of settings. This has included, but is not limited to, the Regional Governing Board, the Behavioral Health Advisory Committee, Network Providers, survey data, public forums, the Consumer/Family Coalition, individual advocates as well as state and regional representatives. This budget plan summary (BH10a) is based on the Governor’s proposed five percent rate reduction, and is subject to change.
This year the Division requested a Focus Plan that addresses the Regional Network Administration and Management System. The Focus Plan identifies current conditions and trends and is data driven. This document was incorporated with the final submission of the Regional Budget Plan.

Region V Systems contracts with a network of behavioral health community providers that offer a broad array of services designed to assist consumers to reach their goal of recovery and to live, work, and be full participants in their communities. Additionally, Region V Systems contracts with and coordinates a network of community providers which ensure integrated behavioral health services designed for youth.
