The purpose of the Region V Systems Prevention Center is to reduce the incidence as well as delay the onset of initiation into alcohol, tobacco, and other drug use among residents in southeast Nebraska. The Region V Systems Prevention Team helps organize and provides technical assistance to community coalitions working towards a similar purpose.
